Schinkel Properties Inc. was founded in 1980 by Mr. Bob Schinkel. As a Real Estate investment and holding company it has grown in size over the years and has developed numerous properties throughout the South Eastern Manitoba region. Today Schinkel Properties owns and operates three strip malls in Steinbach, one office building, one apartment block with attached office and retail space and the Days Inn hotel in Steinbach. As the company grew it was determined that the need to develop a Property Management arm was necessary. In addition to its own properties Schinkel Properties now has two apartment blocks, two houses and six Condominium developments under its Property Management Division. Working closely with the owners of these properties Schinkel Properties goal is to minimize cost while not sacrificing service in order to get the best value for our clients. Currently Schinkel Properties is involved in a lakefront cottage development on Lake Manitoba. The development is called Beckville Beach and is located two hours from Winnipeg just north of the Town of Amaranth. These Lakefront lots are 82' wide by up to 200' deep.
